Our long-term vision rests on three transformative pillars that guide every decision and action we take.
Educational Revolution
We envision a future where every government school becomes a center of excellence — with functioning libraries, digital labs, trained teachers, and zero corruption. No child should be denied quality education due to poverty or administrative apathy.
Our goal is to transform 50 government schools into model institutions by 2030, complete with transparent fund utilization, community participation, and holistic development programs.
Corruption-Free Governance
We dream of a system where public officials are genuinely accountable, RTI is a tool of empowerment rather than a battle, and corrupt practices are met with swift legal action. Transparency must become the default, not an exception.
Through legal advocacy and citizen vigilance networks, we aim to create a model of participatory governance that can be replicated across Delhi and beyond.
Sustainable & Just Society
Environmental protection and social justice are inseparable. We envision green and clean resettlement colonies with safe public spaces, waste management systems, and environmental awareness embedded in school curricula.
Our vision includes large-scale tree plantations, river conservation projects, and empowering slum communities to become champions of environmental sustainability.
The India We Are Building
We see a future where a young girl from Kalyanpuri can dream of becoming an IAS officer without facing discrimination, where a first-generation learner has access to free coaching and career guidance, and where the term "government school" evokes pride rather than pity.
Our vision extends beyond immediate relief — it's about structural transformation. We work towards creating replicable models of change that can inspire youth-led movements across the country. When one library is successfully established, we document the process; when one corruption case is won, we share the legal strategy.
By 2030, we envision Lakshya not as a single organization but as a nationwide network of young change-makers, each taking ownership of their community's development.
Our Roadmap to 2030
2024-2025: Consolidation Phase
Strengthen existing 8 free libraries, launch 5 new community learning centers, and formalize youth leadership curriculum. Expand legal aid cell to handle 50+ new RTI cases annually.
2026-2027: Expansion Phase
Establish 25 new free libraries across three Delhi districts. Train 5,000 youth in spoken English and digital literacy. Partner with 30 government schools for transparency audits.
2028-2029: Replication Phase
Create open-source toolkit for youth-led social audits. Mentor 100 new community leaders in NCR. Launch environmental justice program in 20 low-income colonies.
2030: Vision Fulfillment
Achieve 50 model government schools, 100 free libraries, and a self-sustaining network of 10,000 youth volunteers. Advocate for state-level policy on mandatory transparency in public institutions.

We will never accept funding that compromises our independence. Our vision is rooted in absolute honesty — we say what we do and do what we say. This integrity has earned us the community's trust over 15 years.
Community Ownership
We don't work for communities — we work with them. Our vision succeeds only when local youth take leadership roles. Every library, every campaign, every legal battle is co-owned by the people we serve.
Systemic Change
We don't stop at individual help. Our vision targets root causes: corrupt policies, broken accountability mechanisms, and unequal resource distribution. We aim to rewrite the rules, not just work around them.
Fearless Innovation
From using RTI in creative ways to organizing community hearings, we constantly innovate. Our vision embraces new technologies, legal strategies, and grassroots methods to maximize impact.
