Founded in 2009 with just 22 young volunteers, Lakshya started in the resettlement colonies of East Delhi — Kalyanpuri and Trilokpuri — where basic amenities like clean water, safe public spaces, and functional schools were scarce.
Our founder, Sanju, witnessed the struggles of marginalized communities and decided to act. Through hundreds of RTI applications, legal battles, and community mobilizations, we have exposed corruption, forced administrative reforms, and empowered thousands of youth.
